Our aim
We want everyone to be able to browse and buy on this site. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Text and interface colours meet AA contrast ratios.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard; a "Skip to content" link is the first thing on each page, and focus is always visible.
- Images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Video on the home page is silent, decorative, and does not play if your device asks for reduced motion or saves data.
- Pages work at 400% zoom and on small screens down to 320 pixels wide.
- Form fields have visible labels, and errors are announced.
Known limits
The payment page is provided by our payment provider and follows its own accessibility standards. The scrolling bar of shopping facts on the home page pauses when you hover over it; the same facts are written out lower on the page.
