You can cancel an order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we cancel it and refund you in full. If it has already been dispatched, we send you the return address; see Returns & refunds for what we refund and who pays for the return.
Cancel online
Fill in the form and press Confirm cancellation. We record the date and time you sent it, and email you a confirmation straight away.

- Call +44 7273128255, Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 UK time. We will confirm your cancellation by email.
- Send the model cancellation form on Returns & refunds.
After you cancel
If goods are on their way to you, please do not refuse the parcel: accept it and send it back to the return address we give you within 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or proof that you have sent them. If the order had not been dispatched, the refund is made within 14 days of your cancellation, usually much sooner.
