Information on every product page
Each product page has a Product safety information section that gives the product name and product code, the seller (AMOR CONSTRUCTION LTD) and how to contact us, and any warnings supplied for that product: for example that terracotta is not frost-proof, that a stand must be on level ground, that small parts should be kept from young children, or that a marker pen contains solvent.
Warnings are also printed on the packaging or instructions where the supplier provides them. Keep instructions for future reference.
What we check before listing
- That the product description matches the supplier's specification for material, size and load.
- That we do not list items that need specialist use or certification: no electrical or battery equipment, no chemicals, no living plants or soil.
- That load figures carry the condition they depend on.
Recalls and safety notices
If we learn that a product we have sold may be unsafe, we stop selling it straight away, contact everyone who bought it by email with clear instructions, and publish a notice on this page. We also inform the relevant authority where required.
There are no current safety notices.
Report a problem
If a product has caused, or could cause, injury or damage, stop using it and tell us: support@amorconstruc.shop or +44 7273128255. Please include the order number, the product code and a photo if you can. We reply within 1 business day, and we treat safety reports ahead of every other message.
