Shipping & delivery

Where we deliver, what it costs, how long it takes, and the import charges your country may add. Parcels are dispatched by our supplier partners and may come from a warehouse outside your country.

Where we deliver

We deliver to most countries. Orders are prepared and dispatched by our supplier partners from their warehouses, which may be outside your country (for example in Asia or continental Europe). We do not run our own warehouse.

We cannot deliver to Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, or regions subject to UK, EU or US sanctions. Checkout will not accept those addresses.

Delivery charges

One flat charge per order, whatever you order. It is added at checkout and shown before you pay.

Rest of Europe (Norway, Switzerland and others)US$9.958–20 business days
Rest of the worldUS$12.9510–25 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Times are from dispatch; dispatch is normally 1–3 business days after you order. They are typical times, not guarantees: customs checks, weather and courier peaks (for example in December) can add days.

Tracking

Every order is sent with a tracking number. We email it to you when the parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take one or two days to show the first scan. If an order contains several items, they may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking number, at no extra charge.

Import duties, taxes and customs

Our prices and delivery charges do not include import duties, import taxes (such as VAT or GST) or courier handling fees. If your country charges them, the courier or postal service will collect them from you, usually before or on delivery. We do not collect them at checkout.

  • United States: the duty-free allowance for low-value parcels (the "de minimis" rule) is suspended, so duty can apply to parcels of any value. The courier will tell you what is due.
  • European Union: import VAT applies to all goods from outside the EU, and from 1 July 2026 a customs duty of €3 per item category applies to parcels worth up to €150. A handling fee may be added by the carrier.
  • United Kingdom: parcels may be charged import VAT and a handling fee by the carrier.
  • Canada and elsewhere: GST/HST or local taxes and duties may apply according to local rules.

If you refuse to pay import charges and the parcel is returned to the sender, we refund the price of the goods once they come back, but not the original delivery charge or the cost of returning the parcel.

Delays, lost and damaged parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your parcel has not arrived 30 business days after dispatch, email us with your order number. We will chase the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery.

If something arrives damaged, email us within 14 days with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or refund you, and you will not need to pay to send the damaged item back.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away: we can change it until the order is dispatched. If a parcel is returned because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will refund the goods when they come back, less the delivery charge.
