Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
- Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, the items you order and the amount paid.
- Payment: payments are processed by our payment provider on its own secure page. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as card type and last four digits); we never receive your full card number.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact or cancellation forms, email or phone.
- Account: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Technical data: the server records IP address, browser type and pages requested for security and to keep the site running. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking.
Why we use it, and our legal basis

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
- Our supplier partners, who pack and dispatch your order: your name, delivery address, phone number and the items ordered.
- Couriers and postal services, to deliver the parcel and collect any import charges.
- Our payment provider, to take payment and prevent fraud.
- Our website host and email provider, who store data on our behalf.
- Our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it.
International transfers
Because our supplier partners and some service providers are outside the UK and the European Economic Area, your order details may be transferred to other countries, including countries in Asia and the United States. Where the destination country does not have an adequacy decision, we use the safeguards the law provides, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or rely on the transfer being necessary to perform the contract you asked for.
How long we keep it
- Order and accounting records: six years from the end of the financial year of the order, as required for tax purposes.
- Messages that are not about an order: up to two years.
- Accounts: until you ask us to close yours, then as for order records.
- Server security logs: up to 90 days.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Email support@amorconstruc.shop; we reply within one month. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, the authority in your country.
